SENSHI IDENTITY: Soldierlammas, The Senshi of the Pagan Holiday Lammas
REAL NAME: Glen Shukuen (Last name means Destiny)
AMERICAN DUB NAME ^_^ : Glen Shue
BIRTHDATE & SIGN: August 1, Leo
SENSHI COLORS: Red, black, and white
TEAM: A member of the Witch Senshi

WEAPONS AND ATTACKS: Soldierlammas controls little fractal geometric orbs of various colors; they figure into his transformation and attacks. They could be considered his Talismans.
  • Breath Theft: Several large fractal geometric shapes swirl around Lammas' head. He guides them over his hand, then splays his fingers toward the enemy. The fractals speed toward them, and when they breathe in, they unwittingly inhale the pulsating objects. This slowly causes them to be unable to breathe until they pass out.
  • Lammas' Wild Beast: Soldierlammas balls his hands into fists, then punches them together while yelling, "Lammas' Wild Beast!" When he brings his fists together there is a very loud crack. Lammas pulls his arms apart and an image of a lion (a transparent outline) appears. Depending on what Lammas wants, this magic beast can either be used as a shield, or as an actual attack, whereas it will either leap at the enemy and shred it, or if it is a senshi will leap through it, exiting the body with his/her power center in its mouth. (This would just be temporary, though--eventually the lion would dissipate and the power would return to its owner. Or, if the senshi was not an extremely strong one, Lammas could retain the power center and try to keep it from them, like Sailordarkcosmos does with the Soul Shields she keeps.) The reason the Wild Beast is a lion is because the holiday of Lammas falls within the Zodiac Sign of Leo. The basics of this attack were created for me by one of my readers, Sailor Marla.
TRANSFORMATION: Glen's trans. phrase is "Lammas Wheel of the Year Power, Make-up!" Brightly-colored fractal objects pour out of his trans wand to cover Glen's body. He coyly picks a few off, giving a peek at the uniform of Soldierlammas, and stamping on some of the fractals with a grin. Without warning, he clenches his fists and grunts low in his throat, his eyes intense, and a blast of energy blows the rest of the fractals off Glen to reveal his entire uniform.

DESCRIPTION: Hair is dark green, eyes are the same, build is semi-muscular. The inside of his red cape has black pentacles embroidered all over it. The rest should be fairly self-explanatory from the picture above.

PLACE IN THE SILVER MILLENIUM: Soldierlammas was part of a team of Witch Senshi who all came from the asteroid Icarus, in our solar system. His sister is Sailoricarus, the senshi who formally represents this asteroid. Witchcraft was a very important religion on Icarus, which is why seven people from there were given the powers of the Wiccan holidays. Essentially, they are the protectors of the year, and the protectors of their princess, Princess Icarus (Sailoricarus). Additionally, since Glen is her brother, he is technically the Prince of Icarus. He just prefers the role of protector over one who should be protected. This, of course, puts the heir to the throne of Icarus in danger, but Glen is confident that his sister could rule on her own if he should be killed in battle, so he's not worried about it. There isn't much he hates more than a pampered, spoiled royal brat who refuses to defend his own kingdom.

OCCUPATION: Lives and works at the Valhalla Commune, helping to maintain a lovely park of flowers and fountains on Witch Hill. He is also a sculptor, having sculpted all of the fountains himself.

AGE: 20

GUARDIAN: The Witches are guardianed by a fat raccoon named Rooreru, who thinks he is a cat.

SPIRITUAL STUFF: Lammas takes place on August 1. It is a celebration of the height of summer and the approaching harvest, often celebrated with feasts, games, sporting events, and athletic contests. All information on Witchcraft comes from Laurie Cabot's book The Power of the Witch.
