Haruka's background music is a WAV from an actual song, because she insisted! She loves the theme to DNA2, so here is a 25 second sample from the song. It will take longer to load than the midis. It's also in Japanese; some of the lyrics are scolling up top.

SPIRIT ANIMAL: Porcupine
NICKNAMES: The kids at school tease Haruka because of her "crazy alien-chasing parents" and just for her own weird personality.
HERITAGE: Human; half Caucasian, half African-American

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: 5' 3", shoulder-blade length black hair, eyes that change color from gray to green often, usually seen wearing her school uniform or cute, colorful clothes. Very exuberant personality that comes right off her all the time (seems hyper to many people).

OCCUPATION: Student

SKILLS/POWERS: No special powers. Very vivid imagination. Loves to play practical jokes on people and play "spy."

WEAKNESSES: Very shy around people she does not know. Her vivid imagination makes other kids think she's weird.

STORY: Haruka is very close to her parents. Her mother Leslie battled breast cancer 2 years ago and survived, but it was very debilitating to her. This was very hard for Haruka, even with a loving, close family, and she still bears fears that her mom will get cancer again and die. She can be a hypochondriac about herself and her loved ones because of it.
Haruka absolutely devours spy novels and adventure stories. She loves to read these books, then "play spy," sneaking around peeping at people and writing fictional stories about what they are doing in her notebook. Some kids refer to her as "Haruka the spy" because of it.
I decided to make Leslie's partner, Morgan, be the man she winds up with simply to make things easier on myself. (Haruka's father kept changing.) I would consider changing this if anyone wanted to play Leslie's husband, but this is the way I'll leave it for convenience for the time being.
