HERITAGE: Half human, half Neptunian
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Stands at 6 feet tall *without* heels :D, has a huge mound of long orangy-red hair
with lots of body that she must keep back in a pony tail almost all the time, lest it take over the city.
Enjoys wearing "Daisy Dukes" and knee-high boots when she's not at work. {{Not exactly appropriate in an
office setting.}} Her tail is a darker red fuzzy thing that resembles a squirrel's tail, with no rings.
She has a tattoo of barbed wire on her upper left arm.
OCCUPATION: Assistant Informant at SOPI
SKILLS/POWERS: The psychic charge power--the user can psychically pull in electricity or gaseous chemicals
in the air and concentrate them into an explosive ball of light. When thrown, this ball will explode on impact.
Pen is also skilled in weapons usage and hand-to-hand combat.
WEAKNESSES: The charges are dangerous because they can be hard to control, and if you hold them too long,
they will explode in your face.
STORY: Pen has one daughter, Penny Cjud (age 6) , and an estranged husband,
Carlin Cjud . (They have more children later, but not in the year 2270.) She was once
in a gang from the planet Neptune that made their living pirating the universe. She left this gang, called Desert
Song, to save her daughter from becoming a murderous blood-thirsty monster. Penelope has three siblings,
Steve "Mancy" Dophim , Pine Dophim-Dreau , and
Rain Dophim .
Her husband was injured and caught by SOPI recently, which gives her much hope for her crime-free future with him.
She currently lives in her new home across the street from her brother and sister-in-law's house.
